This winter Nara and I headed out to Insadong 인사동 which is this old amazing area of Seoul for mainly cultural activities, traditional tea houses, Korea related tourist goodies, and tons of galleries! This June- July the Sejong Museum of Modern Art in Seoul had a really great exhibit up ~ 이것이 대중미술 이다 (translates to "this is pop art") featuring work from many of Korea's successful modern artists as well as a few mixed in from Japan.

Early this year Korea held its annual Seoul Living Design Fair which I attended and blogged about right HERE a while back.
