Nipples AND camel toe in a single giant wall mural? Oh you spoil me Korea!

I waited around for about 10 min like a creeper to see of the owner would come out because I was so curious, but sadly he was MIA.
I wonder if he bought the set, or stuck those cow spots on himself to make them match.
